Wallet holder
Receive credentials, present them, and check others when you need to.
Digital identity
Acme turns real-world claims into verifiable digital credentials — issued by organisations you trust, held in your own wallet, presented anywhere in seconds.
Who is this for
Wallet holders and issuers both sign up — differently. Verifiers do not need an account. Ecosystem admins are invited only.
Receive credentials, present them, and check others when you need to.
Issue to your audience after public-register verification and Ecosystem Admin approval. You can verify too.
Check a credential with no account. Sign-in is optional.
No public sign-up. Only an existing Ecosystem Admin can add admins. Self-host if you run your own ecosystem.
For organisations
Universities, employers, associations and authorities run their own credential ecosystem on Acme: define credential types, review evidence, and deliver signed credentials straight to the holder’s wallet.

Cryptographically signed and machine-verifiable. No calls to your registrar, no forged letters.
Decide which issuers, credential types, evidence and assurance levels your ecosystem accepts.
Issue from your HR system or student registry. Bulk issuance, status lists, event webhooks.
Apache 2.0 open source. git clone, docker compose up — your data stays yours.

From approval to wallet
You assert something — a degree, a job, an identity — and attach evidence: documents, a passport chip, a records match.
The authorised issuer reviews the evidence. Nothing self-asserted ever becomes issuer-verified without their explicit approval.
A signed, revocable credential lands in your wallet. Any verifier can check it — signature, status and issuer trust — in one scan.
For individuals
Claim what’s yours, back it with evidence, and carry the credential in your wallet. Share only what’s needed — nothing more.

Request an employment attestation — role, dates, employer — signed by the company itself. Background checks in seconds instead of weeks.
Your university verifies your record and issues a credential you can present to any employer — with selective disclosure of just the fields they need.
Scan your passport’s NFC chip. Acme cryptographically validates it and issues a passport-verified identity credential for check-ins and age or identity checks.
Photograph your physical licence to create a verified digital driving credential — or receive an official ISO mDL where your licensing authority issues onAcme.

Trust & security
Your organisation’s key — software, KMS or HSM. Credentials are delivered over OpenID4VCI and can be revoked at any time; verifiers see the change immediately.

Software, KMS or HSM. Acme never holds your signing key.
Status lists mean a withdrawn credential stops verifying, everywhere.
iOS, Android and the web — the holder’s key stays on the holder’s device.

Verification
Paste what you were given and read the result — signature, status and issuer trust. No account required. Signing in only adds a history of your own checks and lets you create a presentation request with a QR for a wallet to scan.
